The People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) — Bukidnon Chapter ("we", "us") values your privacy. This notice explains how we collect and process your personal data when you register for the 33rd Mindanao Regional Summit — HEARTware: Upgrading Systems, Humanizing Work, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.
1. Data we collect. Name, email address, contact number, organization, PMAP/JPMAP membership status and chapter, T-shirt size, dietary restrictions, registration category and rate, proof of payment, and payment reference number. For group registrations, the T-shirt sizes and dietary restrictions of each group member. If you request an invitation letter, we collect the addressee designation, organization, and email address solely to generate and send that letter.
2. Purpose. Your data is used solely to: (a) process and verify your summit registration and payment; (b) coordinate event logistics such as meals, kits, T-shirts, and certificates; (c) communicate registration status, confirmations, and event updates; and (d) maintain attendance and financial records of the summit.
3. Sharing. Your data is accessible only to authorized PMAP Bukidnon Chapter organizers and the service providers strictly necessary to run the event (e.g., our email delivery and hosting providers). We do not sell or share your data for marketing by third parties.
4. Storage & retention. Data is stored on secured systems with access controls and is retained only for as long as needed for the purposes above — generally until the conclusion of post-event reporting — after which it is securely disposed of, unless a longer period is required by law.
5. Your rights. Under RA 10173 you may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
6. Consent.
